Introduction: As a group we decided to help by transmitting our knowledge based on dental prevention, providing training to parents in the urban area of ​​the municipality of Chiantla, Huehuetenango Objective: Optimize dental care from an early age and for parents to learn more about the theme How I work for the thesis we thought of doing a job in which we could help the community by transmitting our knowledge on the subject, for which we carried out training for parents in Huehuetenango in the municipality of Chiantla. Questionnaires were passed at the beginning and at the end of the training to be able to observe how much the change had been, several doubts arose from the parents, which made the talks more interactive, we taught how to make a homemade mouthwash so that at the same time, the rinse was previously approved by the course instructor and previously tested on each member of the group. While the parents received the talks, the children were also taught through games, songs and an interactive book that we made, which greatly facilitated the children's learning. At the end of the conversations, days later, we received calls from the parents in gratitude, saying that the rinse had given positive results and, as a group, we were completely satisfied because we are sure that we have achieved our objectives.
