Cephalometric diagnoses (Summarized Ricketts and Jarabak), study models and photographs were made. Results: The alignment of the anterior sector was achieved, achieving a conformation of the perimeter of the upper arch, advances were found with respect to unilateral posterior crossbite, leading to edge-to-edge bite together with the dental change of the posterior sector, currently continuing in treatment to start another phase of the treatment for edge to edge bite and open bite. Conclusions: Performing a correct diagnosis and orthopedic treatment at an early age favors the correction of malocclusions and it was found that the use of modified SN2 and Hawley plate with elbowed screw as an alternative for the treatment of posterior crossbite in addition to improving the perimeter of the upper arch, together with with the cooperation of the patient and their parents in all phases of treatment.
