Introduction: Nowadays, the aesthetics of pediatric patients are very important in the world due to the presence of early childhood caries, which has created a new challenge for pediatric dentists. Aesthetic rehabilitation in pediatric dentistry has evolved a lot over the years, there are many rehabilitation alternatives, one of which is prefabricated zirconio crowns. A 4-year-old boy with no personal and family history is reported, the reason for the consultation was that "he does not want to go to school because his teeth are bad", the clinical examination shows early childhood caries of the 4 upper incisors, radiographically there is pulp compromise. The treatment was carried out under local anesthesia in two appointments, it began with the pulpectomies filled with Metapex®, then the Nu Smile® prefabricated zirconio crowns were carved and cemented with RelyX U200® cement. Clinical and radiographic follow-up of 1 year is presented. Objective: Rehabilitate the anterior sector with preformed zirconium crowns to restore chewing, phonetic and aesthetic function. Material and methods: Case report. Conclusions: Prefabricated zirconio crowns are highly esthetic, compatible and resistant to rehabilitate severely destroyed deciduous teeth and restore function.
