Introduction: Hemophilia is an inherited bleeding disorder that predisposes to excessive bleeding, generating fear in caregivers when performing oral hygiene and attending dental consultations, which limits access to timely care compromising patients' oral health and quality of life. Objective: To highlight the benefits of comprehensive dental care for hemophiliac patients in a hospital setting and to identify factors that influence adherence to treatment Project Presentation: Factors that influence adherence to dental treatment and the central axes that guide strategies and routes of comprehensive interdisciplinary care were identified, which include evidence-based treatment protocols, providing safe care with a preventive approach and avoiding invasive procedures. In 2025-1, 28 patients from 5 to 17 years of age were treated in the hemophilia program; 17 with Hemophilia A, 3 with Hemophilia B and 8 with Von Willebrand Disease. An interactive educational tool will be developed to improve adherence and strengthen communication with caregivers of hemophilia patients served by the Pediatric Stomatology and Maxillary Orthopedics postgraduate program. Conclusions: Dental care of children with hemophilia requires a preventive, educational, and interdisciplinary approach that promotes regular consultation, periodic checkups, early detection of dental problems, and prevention of complications
