Early childhood caries is defined as the presence of one or more carious dental surfaces. It develops as soon as dental plaque is not properly removed and a sugary diet is consumed. Sleep problems and lack of sleep can be identified as risk factors, as they lead to more frequent use of the nighttime bottle with sugary drinks. Celluloid resin veneers are a commonly used coronal restoration of temporary anterior teeth, after removing all carious tissues. Retention depends on an adequate amount of tooth structure and isolation precautions to prevent moisture and/or blood contamination. Objective: Return functionality and aesthetics to the patient's oral health, to also optimize their general health. Clinical report: Male patient of 5 years, a carious lesion is observed in OD 55,54,52,51,61,62, 64.65, 74.75 and 85. Presenting a 78% index of dentobacterial plaque. Restorative treatment is carried out with celluloid and resin composite covers in the upper anterior sector, because the patient's mother emphasizes that it is the main reason for coming to the consultation. Conclusion: The loss of structure not only affects aesthetics, it also affects chewing, phonetics, development of parafunctional habits, neuromuscular imbalance, psychological and social alterations of the child. The celluloid cover technique is quick to perform, and provides satisfactory aesthetic and functional results. As well as a very accessible cost.
